he could request copies of the records from the dealer, no? If that's correct and he still doesn't, then I'd be very leery. Also, it says it's adult-owned, and not that adults don't have poor taste on occasion, but I see some signs that make me think younger (I checked out the pics) like a huge kicker box poorly installed and the back taillight panels being painted body color. It does look to be in decent shape otherwise, but jpeg artifacting can hide a lot.
